WonderX LLC (“WonderX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how WhoseTurn handles information when you use the app.

Information WhoseTurn uses

WhoseTurn stores the information needed to provide its core features, including activity names, participant names, selected avatars, invitation codes, timer settings, and shared session data.

Anonymous authentication

WhoseTurn uses anonymous authentication to connect your device to shared activities. You are not required to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or social media information.

How information is used

Information is used only to operate WhoseTurn, synchronize shared activities across devices, maintain timers and turn order, and provide a reliable app experience.

Third-party services

WhoseTurn uses Google Firebase, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, to authenticate devices and store and synchronize app data.

Data sharing and advertising

We do not sell personal information. WhoseTurn does not display third-party advertising and does not use your information for cross-app tracking.

Data retention and deletion

Shared activity data may remain stored while an activity continues to exist. Removing an activity from a device removes its local association from that device but does not necessarily delete the shared cloud data. To request deletion of stored activity data, contact us using the email address below.

Children’s privacy

WhoseTurn is designed for general family use and does not knowingly request personal contact information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as WhoseTurn evolves. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
